WHAT IF I'M NOT IN WHEN MY ORDER COMES?
Deliveries for the subscrition are sent out for delivery between 4-9pm on Sundays.If you wont be home for your schedualed delivery please feel free to message on Instagram and we can rearrnage a time. You can also decide to pick up your Soups free of charge from our Get Souper HQ at Co-Kitchens (584 Kingsland Road E84AH) on Sunday between 4.30pm -6pm.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE SOUPS FRESH FOR?
As we don't use artificial preservatives and our soups are made fresh, we reocmend eating them within 3 days of delivery. Alternatively, you can freeze them and stock up for the next month. We suggest fully defrosting before reheating on the hob/microwave.
CAN I ORDER IF I DONT LIVE IN THE HACKNEY BOROUGH?
Unfortunately, at the moment we only deliver to postcodes within the Hackney borough. However, you can collect your order from our Dalston kitchen.
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE AN ALLERGEN?
Get in contact with us and we can adjust your subscription on our end to allow options that exclude your allergies. However, please note that we cannot confirm there has been no cross- contamination whatsoever within the kitchen.
